Child Dedications
Child dedications are a public commitment made by parents and the church community to raise their children as followers of Jesus.
We offer child dedications to support parents in their role as spiritual leaders in the home. The most powerful influence in a child’s faith development is his/her own experience of God and the faith education that takes place in the home. Parents who dedicate their child to the Lord are committing to their child’s growth in faith and understanding of God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We usually offer a short orientation class to help the parents understand the significance of child dedications before making their commitment. If you would like to request to dedicate your child at our church, please send an email to connect@conshohockenvineyard.com
